How do I order a custom bouquet ?If you like our bouquets, but don't see EXACTLY what you want, then you need to make a custom bouquet. The price varies from gift to gift, and the time necessary to make them varies due to the time needed to find and order the product and put the bouquet together for you. If you need ideas, check out some of our past custom bouquets. We are sure that you will find our custom prices reasonable. We got into business to provide the customer a quality product at a reasonable price, not to see how much profit we can get from a bouquet or basket. Back to TopWhere can I find your shipping rates ?Our shipping rates are built into the shopping cart. This means that when you purchase your bouquet, one of the first steps you will go through will be to choose the way you can have the bouquet shipped. You will know how much it costs to ship your package BEFORE you give any personal information. Once the package is sent, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can track you package to make sure it arrives to its destination on time. Back to TopDo you ship outside the United States ?Aside from Canada, we currently are not shipping outside the United States. However, we are trying to go through all the red tape that is included in shipping food products to different countries and anticipate being able to ship to other countries soon. Back to TopCan I make changes to the Bouquets ?Yes! In fact, we encourage you to be as creative as possible. That way the bouquets will be uniquely yours. If you want to make a substitution to our bouquets, the charge is $5.00, but the item must be on our substitution list. If the item you want in your bouquet is not on our list, then you will have to contact us to discuss a custom bouquet. Back to TopWhat is the normal shipping time ?Unless the customer has pre-ordered a basket or bouquet for a later date, we will try to get the orders out within 2 business days of the order. If you need the order to reach the recipient sooner than that, you can put a rush on your bouquet for $10.00 extra (the RUSH would be specified in the "comments" section of the ordering process). And, when you fill out the shopping cart order form, it will give you the choice of shipping options and prices. Shipping times should not exceed 3 days during warmer months to ensure that the bouquets and baskets do not melt. Please note: We make no guarantee on delivery dates unless you order Express Mail. Failure for a package to arrive on the guaranteed delivery date will result in a full refund of Shipping Fees By the Postal Delivery Carrier. your package. Back to TopWhen is do you insulate your packages ?We insulate our packages from May 1st to October 1st, or when the destination city is warmer than 65 degrees F. This will ensure that the bouquets will get to their destination without melting. If you receive your package and the chocolates have melted and deformed, then contact us and we will make arrangements for you to ship us the old bouquet and for us to ship you a new one. If the chocolates are soft, you just need to let them sit at room temperature for a little while and they will harden again. Back to TopAre gift baskets available?Yes. We currently make custom gift baskets and are slowly adding products to our standard gift basket options. So, if you like gift baskets, contact us and give feed back on what you want us to carry! How often do you add items to your site? We try to add something new once every several weeks. We have lots of great ideas that we'd like to try and have several bouquets on our "new items" list to offer. You can look forward to things such as candy grams - cards with a candy theme; Fun ways to say "I care", standard gift baskets, cookie bouquets, and more fun gift ideas. Yes. If you wish, you may mail us a check or money order and we will send your package as soon as the check clears. You can mail a check or money order to AC Bouquet, PO Box 14440, Spokane, WA 99214-0440. However, if you're in a time crunch, we suggest paying for the item via Paypal. Our paypal address is acbouquet@hotmail.com. PLEASE REMEMBER to add shipping fees to the order. We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You may also call us at 888-668-8565 and order via the phone. Sorry! We do not set up accounts. We use the pay-as-you-go system. If you plan on making several purchases from us over the course of time, we are happy to keep your credit card on file, and bill your card when the order comes in at a discounted rated. Is Your Ordering Secure?Absolutely. We have a method that sends your information to a secure server where it holds your information until we access it on their site. Your information is not sent via the internet to our e-mail address or transferred to any other site. This helps avoid the possibility of any hackers getting access to credit card or checking account info as the numbers are being sent en- route. Written
