Shipping & Refund Policy

AC Bouquet agrees to ship all packages within 2-3 business days. If the client wishes to expedite shipping, they are able to pay the "RUSH" fee of $10.00 to ensure that the order is shipped same day (If the order is received by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, or the next business day, whichever is sooner).

Shipping Internationally: AC Bouquet does not ship chocolate products outside the United States or Canada.  AC Bouquet will ship hard candies and non-food items internationally.  If a client wishes to have a non-food product or hard candy bouquet shipped internationally, they are subject to international shipping rates and will be charged accordingly.  Please note that international shipping may take longer to arrive.

ICE & INSULATION charge ($4.95) will be added to all chocolate orders where the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit. 

 General Shipping and Refund Policy & Procedures:

AC Bouquet agrees to ship the package via the customer-specified shipping method.  The shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed.  All Claims for refunds or exchanges due to damage or dissatisfaction MUST BE MADE within 5 days of receipt of package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

If a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as overnight or 2nd day shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund.  

Since AC Bouquet did everything in its power to deliver the package as posted, AC Bouquet is not responsible for giving the customer a full refund for the candy bouquet, but will give a full shipping refund as promised.

Refunds are not given if chocolates are melted and purchaser opted not to purchase ice & insulation.  If ice & insulation were included with the package and the product is still melted, purchaser is entitled to a refund or replacement.

AC Bouquet is not required to give a  refund if the customer put an incorrect shipping address on the package, or if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be delivered due to the following:

1.  Recipient Not At the specified address 

2.  Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend

3.  Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room

4.  No one was at home at the time of delivery.  (In warm climates, we may require signatures in order to avoid melting of    
     chocolates)

5.  Package was rejected by recipient

6.  Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving said packages.

7.  Wrong Address was given by customer, or package was undeliverable.

8.  Delivery Address has a pick-up-point (large companies or hospitals sometimes go to the post office to pick up their packages
     & mail rather than having it delivered to their building) and was not picked up on the day of delivery by the business.

9.  Late delivery due to Acts of God, or Severe Weather such as blizzards, flooding, etc. that are beyond the shipping company's
     control.

Customer may also be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if one of the following events occur:

1.  Product is Damaged.  Refunds will not be given until the damaged product has been returned to AC Bouquet, or to the shipping company to verify damage. Before returning a product to AC Bouquet the customer must notify AC Bouquet's Customer Service Department at 888-668-8565 or via e-mail at acbouquet@acbouquet.com and receive written approval of refund.

2.  Package does not arrive at its specified destination, or is delivered to the wrong destination due to improper addressing of the package on the part of AC Bouquet.

Returns Due to Dissatisfaction:

If purchaser received a package and is dissatisfied with it in any way and wishes to return it, the customer must contact AC Bouquet within 5 Business Days of receipt of the package.  Upon approval of the returns department, Customer may ship the package back to the Returns Dept (at customer's expense) for a refund (less the original shipping fees) PROVIDED that the candies have not been opened or eaten.  

Our Candy Bouquets are food products.  For quality assurance purposes, once they are opened, or tampered with in any way, we cannot re-stock them or re-use them.
